JUST hours after losing Ash medallist Jackson Bews to GDFL club North Geelong, Anglesea has unveiled Ethan Floyd as its latest recruit.

Floyd joins the Roos from Winchelsea, where he finished runner-up in the best-and-fairest in his only season at Eastern Reserve.

The 22-year-old was a member of the Geelong Falcons’ TAC Cup premiership in 2017 and made a VFL appearance for Geelong in 2018.

Floyd is likely to carry four points having been registered at three clubs in three seasons after being aligned to Colac and District League team in Birregurra in 2020.

He joins new co-coach Jordan Keras and former St Albans and St Joseph’s player Dylan Pettingill as local arrivals at Ellimatta Reserve.

The Roos have also welcomed back midfielder Joel Donaldson after missing the 2021 season.

MEANWHILE, big man Jordan Camm has returned to GDFL club Thomson.

Camm was named as the starting ruck in the Colac and District league Team of the Year on Wednesday night after impressing with Colac Imperials.
