BANNOCKBURN small forward Brent Jacques is free to play in Sunday’s GDFL Grand Final after he was found to have no case to answer for an incident involving Werribee Centrals’ Aaydn Sleep-Dalton.

The AFL Barwon Match Review Panel viewed footage of the incident from the third quarter of the preliminary final and found the tackle was laid within the laws of the game and any action that followed wasn’t seen as forceful enough to result in a charge being laid against the Tigers’ leading goalkicker.

Sleep-Dalton failed to return to the field due to a concussion.
