Deledio to be a Tiger again?

FORMER Richmond and GWS Giants star Brett Deledio could be a shock addition to the Torquay list if the 2020 season goes ahead.

Deledio, who called time om his 275-game career at the end of last year, was set to play with Box Hill in the VFL this year, while also having a development coaching spot at Hawthorn.

With the VFL season in limbo and his role at the Hawks gone, the 33-year-old has flagged playing alongside brother Matt at the BFL Tigers.

“I haven’t locked anything in… but I love to stay fit,” he told Channel 10.

“If I get a chance to play with my brother down the coast, I’d be more than happy to pull the boots on again.”

krockfootball.com.au understands Torquay is aware of Deledio’s interest in playing with the club having indicated last year’s runner-up was to be his interchange club while with Box Hill.
